What warranty is included with my watch purchase?
All authentic watches come with a manufacturer's warranty (typically 12-24 months, depending on the brand). The warranty card and original packaging must be retained for warranty claims. How long does delivery take in Metro Manila?
Standard delivery within Metro Manila typically takes 3-5 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Metro Manila for select items and locations. Please check product availability at checkout. What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for warranty breaches (damaged in transit, dead on arrival, or defective items). Notify us within 24 hours of receipt at tws@wizer.com.ph. Products must be returned with their original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and extra links to receive a refund.
Can I exchange my watch for a different model?
Exchanges are not directly offered. If your return is approved due to a valid warranty claim, you'll receive a refund and may place a new order for a different watch. Customized or resized watches cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?
We offer unattended delivery where couriers can leave your package at your doorstep, condominium lobby, or as instructed. This option is at your own risk. Alternatively, coordinate with our courier for redelivery. Contact us if you don't receive your order within 3 days of the projected delivery date.
What happens if my watch arrives damaged?
Report damaged items within 24 hours of receipt by emailing tws@wizer.com.ph with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a return and full refund (including product cost, shipping, and duties) once our quality team verifies the damage.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may be canceled before processing, subject to a PHP 200 cancellation fee. Once our purchasing department has processed your order, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us immediately at tws@wizer.com.ph or (02) 441-1450 if you need to cancel.
What if the watch I ordered is out of stock?
We'll contact you via email or phone to confirm if you're willing to wait for restocking or accept an extended delivery date. If not acceptable, we'll cancel your order and issue a 100% refund. Stock availability is updated regularly but may change between updates.
